You can book by contacting us directly through our email: rfp-wdc@fairmont.com. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and venue.
We're delighted to provide an array of amenities for your convenience, including white linen tablecloths, napkins, silver chargers, votive candles, silverware, china, and glassware — all available for your use upon request. Additionally, we offer a selection of round tables in various sizes, ranging from 5ft to 6ft, to accommodate your preferred room layout.
Self-parking garages and street parking near the Fairmont abound. For convenience and a luxury touch, event valet parking is charged at prevailing rates. Event valet parking for the Client’s guests and/or vendors can be charged to their master bill and arranged in advance with the catering manager. Overnight valet parking is a separate charge and is billed to the individual guest room account.
Deposits are based on your food and beverage minimum, rental fee, plus service charge and taxes. The first deposit will be 30% of this total. Your final payment will be due 7 days prior to your event and based on your final bill estimate. A credit card is required on file for any overcharges.
