The Fairmont Summer Bootcamp will run for 4 weeks, starting Wednesday 3rd July. Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a total of 13 sessions, enjoy an intensive training programme that will boost your body into summer.
The camp will benefit the individual, yet there will be group workouts to help develop your social wellbeing too. Each session will last from 17:30 - 18:30 and will help you to feel fit, healthy and strong.
