Fun hotel in heart of Santa Monica

Excellent hotel, with a fun lobby. Great vibes, lobby restaurants and bar, coffee bar with treats, spa and work out facilities, outstanding pool with food and beverage service.

Person checking us in was extremely unhelpful. The elevators were not working during our entire stay, but that was not explained to us and we had to search for the service elevators. The price was exorbitant, especially for the level of service.

Great wedding weekend

From checking to check out service was absolutely fantastic. A beautiful appointed very clean wonderful room beautiful view. Linens were exquisite room was cleaned every day. The restaurant for lunch was very good out by the garden. We had a Sunday brunch there from the wedding party that was excellent very well staffed food was wonderful. Good drinks couldn’t have been any better, I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. I would look forward to staying there again when in LA.

Good stay

The bathroom tub did not drain well and I alerted the front desk that water was filling up causing flooding in the tub. A maintenance person came out and left but the problem was not fixed.
