Picked the gotel for proximity from business gate, cheapest nightly rate was still supposed to be 20us$ above the US government perdiem limit, when i got to the front desk it turned out 100us$ above the perdiem, which is why im not coming again for business. Got helped by everybody, my experience overall was amazing and almost eye opening in terms of what luxury stays could be. Upon leaving, i asked front desk whether i can drive my car from the hotel to my company's parking inside business gate, they started looking into it, then told me yes, i should ve able to. I got in my car and drove on, turned out the hotel parking is not connected to the inside of business gate, only for pedestrians it was connected. I couldn't drive my car in, struggled to find parking outside in the sun, burned myself when i got back into my car after my meeting.

Hotel has everything you might need for business and leisure: luxurious rooms, great facilities ( meeting rooms, business center, restaurants, spa and fitness center etc.), attentive and proactive personnel, that even speaks your language ( big-big thank you to Mustafah - the concierge! He helped me a lot navigating through the hotel and my agenda points). Attention to detail is amazing (like fruits in the rooms) and this is what makes it a good experience! Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Riyadh. Hadi at the reception was incredibly accommodating, and the room service staff paid great attention to detail. I especially appreciated how neatly they folded my belongings.

My check-in experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, I waited at the reception for over 5 minutes before someone assisted me. Then, to add to the frustration, the gentleman who processed my check-in mistakenly provided the wrong room number on the key pouch. Consequently, I found myself attempting to unlock the incorrect room. When I called reception for assistance from the phone near the elevator and I waited for nearly 10 minutes expecting help. Upon returning to reception to address the issue, I was astounded to discover that the room number provided was completely different from what was stated on the card. While the staff member apologized, it seemed they failed to grasp the potential embarrassment and inconvenience caused by their oversight. There was no acknowledgement of the time wasted or any expression of regret for the inconvenience caused. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I hope such lapses in service can be rectified to ensure a more seamless and pleasant stay for future guests.
