Beauty and elegance meet wellness at the historic Fairmont Palliser. Located on the Boulevard Level of the hotel, you will find an oasis of relaxation at our Calgary day spa and health club. Let rnr's experienced team of wellness experts help you relax, recharge and unwind and find out why they were named Canada's Boutique Spa of the Year by Luxury Travel Guide.

The Fitness Centre is open to hotel guests 24-hours and the pool is open between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm. Adults-only swim is from 5:00 am until 6:00 am and 10:00 pm until 11:00 pm.

Spa services are available by appointment from 9:00 am until 8:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 9:00 am until 7:30 pm, Sunday.

Pool and Health Club Rules:
The pool is an unsupervised facility. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian 16 years old or older. To use the exercise gym, guests must be at least 16 years old. Appropriate workout and swim attire is required. Smoking, alcohol or food consumption is not permitted.
Daily Adults Only Hours:
Looking for a chance to relax in peace and tranquility? We offer daily adults-only hours in the pool, so you can unwind in a quieter atmosphere. Join us in the morning from 5:00 am until 6:00 am or in the evening from 10:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
