The meal begins with a delectable selection of Moroccan and Lebanese mezzés. This is followed by revisited authentic specialties, such as salmon fillet with seven spices, lamb shank with dried fruits, Makfoul-style chicken tagine, farm-raised chicken Rfissa, Kabab Karaz, and monkfish tagine. These dishes are served in rotation, offering a variety of flavors with each service. Carefully prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the dishes are enhanced with spices influenced by the East, adding a unique twist to every bite.
