Service has certainly gone downhi...

Had trouble checking out. NO one at the front desk, which was supposed to be manned 24/7 Van to the airport arrived over a half hour late and just made it to the airport for our flight barely on time. Service not the same as before Covid. Disappoint...

This stay was much smoother than our first one as owners. Our bins were right outside our door when we arrived (YIPEE) and the unit was all set. The cleanings were good but not great... both bathrooms were nearly out of bath gel and neither one was...
