The hotel parking's entrance is accessible from St. Louis Street. Valet parking is $50 CAD per 24-hour period, including in and out privileges.Clients who do not stay at Le Château Frontenac can also benefit from the parking. Entrance is via Mont-Carmel Street and rates are from $7 per half an hour, $45 for a maximum of 12 hours and $55 for a maximum of 24 hours. Over-sized vehicules and trailers are not accepted in the hotel parking. Maximum height is six feet. For these vehicles, self-parking is available at Parc Victoria (1, rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy) or at the Bassin Louise parking lot (155, rue Abraham-Martin - RVs authorized in summer only).

Our four beehives welcome 70 000 bees, producing up to 650 pounds of honey per year. The honey is harvested twice a year and is used in our kitchens, but also in our cocktails

We were extremely disappointed in our visit. We were there for vacation, but my son had a college class to attend, and my husband had to do some work. The Wi-Fi and our room and the other room they offered us was extremely poor. It never got above eight bits per second. That’s dial-up speed. No modern applications and classroom and work communication tools worked.
We stayed at Le Chateau Frontenac for a one night stay while we were visiting Quebec City. Its a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect for walking around the city streets.
The hotel is fabulous! The only reason I did not rate the experience as a '10' is because we had to wait up late for 2 hours waiting on additional pillows requested. It was a bit frustrating to wait up late after a long travel day and be forced to call for a second request. Additionally, there appeared to be human or animal hair in our bed. Again after long day of travel, we did our best to clean ourselves. Not what I would expect for a $500+ night 5 star hotel. Other than those issues, we loved our stay. The stay was great and the accommodations were wonderful. A+ housekeeping services too. We can't wait to return to Quebec City and our next stay at a Fairmont hotel.
This is the second stay for us (last was Jun 2023) - such a beautifully managed and kept property with gorgeous rooms and furnishings. Exceptional guest services from all staff: Bellstand and door; front desk; housekeeping - outstanding throughout the day; 14th Fl Gold Lounge - favorite part of the stay at the Fairmont Frontenac - the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, polite and gracious - each and everytime regardless of how busy the lounge was - the staff are just the very best.
Beautiful hotel with nice air conditioned rooms. Fantastic location. Valet parking was chaotic and a bit stressful. Pool was old and dirty and over chlorinated.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything was excellent. The people, the service, the food, accommodations were all beyond expectations.
Our room had a musty, mouldy smell.
We had high hopes for our stay. We waited on a long line to check in. Upon check in we were notified our room was not ready and that we would receive a text message when our room was ready. We never received a message and then waited on another long line to inquire whether our room was ready. The receptionist notified us there was a glitch in the notification system and apologized. We received our room keys and the receptionist said she would have our bags sent to our room. Our bags were never delivered so I went downstairs to find our bags to bring back to our room. The bellman eventually delivered the bags upstairs after having me follow him into the storage room to identify our luggage (not the luxury experience I would expect from the Fairmont). Because of all of these delays we missed our dinner reservation and had to find another restaurant. We were only staying for one night and the experience left a sour taste in our mouth. The property was beautiful but the service left a lot to be desired.
Driving up to the hotel, the main entrance is not well marked. Parking is pretty awful. Room was spacious but view was awful. Hotel is not well marked for directions. Staff was friendly but appeared to be stressed from it being so busy. The booking agent during our call to reserve the room was very friendly and did a lovely job
