Fairmont Le Château Frontenac invites you to enjoy a unique culinary and winter experience: an evening in the brand-new Hôtel de glace restaurant. In the majestic & magical setting of the Hôtel de glace's snow vaults, you will enjoy an exceptional Nordic-inspired meal signed by Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

From Old Quebec City, in front of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, a chartered shuttle will take you to the Hôtel de glace site, which you will have the opportunity to discover on a tour.

Immediately following a welcome cocktail, a warm menu as elegant as it is comforting, concocted by the renowned Château Frontenac culinary team, will be served in the Hôtel de glace’s exclusive restaurant, a room sculpted entirely from snow and ice.

$247.50 per person (service included, taxes extra)

• Three-course set menu
• Welcome cocktail
• Tour of the Hôtel de glace
• Round-trip shuttle service from the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac or parking at the Hôtel de glace

Schedule for the shuttle:

1st service
4:15pm: shuttle departure
5:00 pm: arrival at the Ice Hotel and start of the guided tour
5:30 pm: welcome cocktail followed by three-course meal
7:00 pm: return to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
2nd service
6:15 pm: shuttle departure
7:00 pm: arrival at the Ice Hotel and start of guided tour
7:30 pm: welcome cocktail followed by three-course meal
9:00 pm: return to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac
