Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Our dedicated team is here to ensure your Vancouver stay is exceptional. Our Les Clefs d'Or certified concierge team is available to assist with a variety of personalized services, including arranging transportation, booking tours and activities, and providing recommendations in Vancouver.

Guest Information

At Fairmont Waterfront, check-in begins at 3:00 pm allowing us to ensure your room is perfectly prepared for your stay. On the day of departure, check-out is at 12:00 noon, giving you ample time to enjoy a relaxed morning.

 

Should you require any assistance with these times, please don't hesitate to reach out - we are always happy to accommodate when possible.

Overnight parking is available at Fairmont Waterfront from 6:00pm to 6:00pm the following day. Self-parking is offered at $58 per night, with license plate registration at the Front Desk. Valet service is available for $75 per night, and over-height vehicles are accommodated at $125 per night. All rates include in-and-out privileges and taxes.

At Fairmont Waterfront, we foster a culture of inclusion and are committed to meeting the needs of all our guests, including those with disabilities. Most areas of our hotel are fully accessible, and our ADA-compliant rooms and suites are thoughtfully designed for your comfort and safety. With varied bed heights, shower and bath configurations, and room layouts, we can accommodate the unique needs of every guest. Features include doorways with at least 33" of clear width, televisions with closed captioning, and accessible amenities like raised toilet seats, shower chairs, transfer benches, step stools, and support bars. Wheelchairs are also available at the Bell Desk. Room numbers are listed with indented numbering, and function rooms are labelled in Braille. Public washrooms include accessible stalls. Service animals are always welcome. Please contact us if you have any special requests related to accessibility, or if you need more information about our facilities and services.

At Fairmont Waterfront, we provide everything you need to support your business and convention needs, from scanning and copying to packing and shipping. Our Business Centre, located on the 2nd floor, is complimentary and available 24/7 with your guestroom key. It features two workstations with high-speed internet access, as well as black-and-white printing and copying services.

 

For additional services like scanning, faxing, and color printing, our Royal Service team is ready to assist. Simply dial '0' or email waterfronthotel@fairmont.com (charges apply).

 

Our Concierge is also delighted to assist with all outbound shipping services. Guests are required to complete waybills and online payments for shipping. Packaging materials and labels can be provided upon request. Inbound packages can be conveniently collected from Bell Services, located next to the Concierge desk.

Recharge or relax at our Health Club, located on the third floor with stunning views of Stanley Park and Vancouver's North Shore Mountains. Whether you're starting your day with energy or unwinding after a busy one, our facilities are designed for your well-being.

 

The heated rooftop pool, hot tub, and change rooms are available daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm, while our fully equipped gym is open 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Please note that pets (with the exception of service animals) are not permitted on the 3rd floor, pool deck, or restaurant. Additionally, for safety reasons and to protect our food garden on the rooftop terrace, pets are not allowed in our third-floor garden or in Fairmont Terrace rooms, which open directly into the garden. We’ll happily assign you a comparable room to ensure your stay is seamless.

The Bell Desk is conveniently located in the main lobby, where our team is delighted to assist you with a range of services, including luggage storage, directions, recommendations, and porterage to Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal. We’re also happy to offer assistance to your guestroom and can provide umbrellas, bottled water, and running towels for your convenience.

We are pleased to offer full laundry service seven days a week for your convenience. To ensure same-day delivery, please have your laundry ready by 9:00am. Our Housekeeping team begins pick-up at 7:00am, with delivery completed by 6:00pm. Laundry bags can be found in your guestroom’s closet, and we’re happy to assist with any special requests.

Guests can verify their account balance status and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.
