Check in anytime after 4 pm / Check-out until 10am. Our dedicated team will be able to greet you anytime you arrive. If you are arriving at a different time or require a late checkout please get in touch with our team and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once you are here, you won't need a car to get around Mountain Village. The Lodge provides one complimentary underground parking space per residence. Our staff will be happy to assist you with valet parking. If you will have more than one car, you may check on your day of arrival to see if more than one space is available. If not, we will direct you to a nearby pay-to-park lot which will be charged at your expense.

The Lodge allows dogs to stay on property in specific residences and with the understanding that the pet policy will be strictly followed. The Lodge must be notified prior to your arrival if you intend to bring a pet. Your residence assignment may be altered to accommodate your pet. To maintain a pristine standard of cleanliness, a charge of $25.00 per pet, per night will be assessed to cover the cost of all additional cleaning required. A maximum of two dogs per residence is allowed. If you arrive with an unexpected pet, additional fees may apply. Additional fees relating to damage or cleaning may be assessed as necessary.

The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge provides complimentary airport transfers to/from Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) and Telluride Regional Aiport (TEX). Guest must provide flight details 7 days prior to arrival to guarantee the transfer.
