Guest information

Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. For a hassle-free departure, take advantage of our Express Check-out options:

  • Easy Departure Check-out: If you provided an email at booking, you'll receive an "Easy Departure" request. Click “Check-out Now” from your device, and we’ll email your invoice.
  • Electronic Express Check-out: Email your name and room number to QEH.DepartExpress@Fairmont.com for an electronic copy of your invoice.
  • Express Check-out Box: Drop your room keys in the “Express check-out” box in the lobby.
  • TV Express Check-out: Use the “TV Express Check-out” option on your room TV.
  • In-room Phone Express Check-out: Dial 0 and ask our Royal Service Agent to assist you with check-out.

Hotel parking is managed by Indigo.

 

Valet Parking (24/7)

Located on Belmont Street (North side), the overnight rate is $39 (taxes included) for departures before 4 p.m., with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

 

Drop-off Zones

  • Mansfield Street: Available at all times.
  • René-Lévesque Blvd. West: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.; Saturdays and Sundays available at all times.

 

Self-Service Parking

Entrance on Belmont Street (South side). Pay at the terminals. Charging stations are available at the exit.

Electric charging stations are available for a fee at both valet and self-service parking, so you can ‘fuel up’ with clean, renewable energy.

The hotel has 13 rooms specially designed for people with reduced mobility. These rooms feature widened entrances, grab bars, accessible showers and lowered sinks. Two of these rooms are located on the Fairmont Gold floor. The hotel's meeting rooms and restaurants are also wheelchair accessible.

Elevators are located right next to the Front Desk. For guests staying in our Presidential Suite, a private panoramic elevator will bring you to your suite while you enjoy a spectacular view of the city.

Our wellness Center is open 24/7.

  • Virtual classes (Yoga, pilates, etc) from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Fairmont Fit allows you to stay active during your hotel stay by delivering Reebok workout apparel and footwear directly to your room (available to all ALL - Accor Live Limitless members).

 

Our hotel also has a full service spa and indoor pool area that include a hot tub and saunas.

Our business center is available for guests who need professional services like photocopying, printing, or scanning. Conveniently located on-site, it's designed to support your business needs, ensuring you stay productive during your stay.

Pets are permitted in the hotel. A charge of $50 CAD (taxes extra) per pet per day will apply. The animal must not be left unattended in the room. Our concierge team can assist you in finding a pet sitting service. Pet amenities are available upon request.

 

Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and are exempt of charges and restrictions. 

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is proud to provide a non-smoking environment. Please note that a $500 fee will be applied to any guest reservation wherein any form of smoking is done.

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth concierges are motivated by a true desire to serve you, whether it be advice on restaurants, nightlife, theatre, sporting events, city tours, shopping, arranging transportation, babysitting, or sending flowers to loved ones! Our concierges are always available to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

 

Our concierges are members of 'Les Clefs d'Or' (Gold Keys) and it is with a friendly and professional approach that they deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Bell staff is available at all entrances of the hotel and in the Main Lobby. They provide services such as luggage storage and porterage 24-hours a day. You can also reach the bell staff directly from the train station.

Housekeeping doesn't just clean your room on a daily basis. Available 24-hours a day, they can also provide extra pillows, towels, humidifier, European adapters and more.

Same day or 24-hour laundry services are available.

Safes are available in all guestrooms at no extra charge.

Bonded babysitters are available. It is recommended that you make your reservation 48 hours ahead of time. The price for one or two children is $28 per hour for a minimum or three hours. Additional charge applies for three or more children.

 

During mealtimes, guest to provide a meal for the babysitter.

 

A $30 taxi fare for the babysitter will be applied after midnight.

 

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during your absence.

The hotel has 24-hour security, with CPR training.

A mini fridge can be delivered to your guestroom upon request and upon availability. The daily cost is $25 CAD. The maximum amount that you will be charged is $75 CAD. Taxes are extra. Please contact the front desk upon arrival.
