Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 12PM. Late check-out or early check-in is by request only and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Valet Parking: $65 + tax per night, per car, with in/out privileges.

Hourly rates: $20 1st hour / $4 each additional hour.

Our 2,000 square foot fitness center located on P1 is powered with innovative Technogym Equipment, where state of the art facilities converge with personal service. Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for hotel guests, our spa guests also are welcome to enjoy a workout before or after their service.

 

We are proud to partner with Royal Personal Training to offer customized and personalized one-on-one, couples, and group Fitness Experiences.

We provide fast and realiable Wi-Fi connection to meet guest expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.

Urban Experience Fee is a daily fee that includes accesses to certain amenities and services at discounted rates, such as Spa, The Bar, and laundry.

Pets welcome, free of charge. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of restrictions.

Bell staff are located at the main entrance inside the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Standard and rush dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests. Fees apply.

Our dedicated housekeeping team comprises professionals who meticulously clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.

Offers daily turndown service between 5:30–9:30 PM for all guest rooms and suites. For preferred times, guests can contact the Royal Service team.
