Upon your arrival at the hotel’s front entrance, Fairmont bell staff will be delighted to assist you with your luggage, valet services, or provide directions to the self-parking parkade.For guests opting for self-parking will be asked for their vehicle’s license plate number during check-in. $50 daily for valet parking overnight or over four hours$25 for valet parking up to four hours$40 for overnight self-parkingIndoor parking is subject to availability. We adore our VIPs (Very Important Pets)! Your furry companions are warmly welcome to join you for a daily fee of $35 CAD + GST per pet, which includes a $5 CAD donation to the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind.
We kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in guest rooms.

Before joining Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in 2023, Hendricks underwent 2.5 years of training with the esteemed Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind in Ontario, Canada. Amid his training, Hendricks’ fun-loving spirit and friendly personality illustrated that he would best be suited for a career in hospitality, a profession in socializing with guests.
Hendricks can typically be found around the hotel from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays. When Hendricks is not spreading joy throughout Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, he is at home with his loving family.
There, he delights in playful runs with other dogs, enjoys generous belly rubs, and – naturally - indulges in his favourite treats.
