AFFILIATE PROGRAM FAQ

It is a great opportunity to earn extra money while promoting our luxurious accommodations in the world’s finest destinations. Your visitors can book at our international destinations with over 100 hotels and resorts to choose from. For every Completed Stay** that is booked you’ll receive 5% of the sale.   

As an affiliate you are like a virtual brand ambassador for FRHI Hotels & Resorts. You can add our logos, banners, or text links to your site or blog. If someone makes a reservation based on your recommendation we will pay you 5% of the Completed stay**. Our team will handle all the bookings processing and customer service inquiries, all you need to do is promote our hotels and resorts!

If you are already a Commission Junction publisher, sign in and apply for our program and we will review your website and notify you if it is approved. If you are not currently signed up for Commission Junction’s Affiliate Network, fill out the application. Once you are approved with Commission Junction’s Affiliate Network you can apply HERE to the FRHI Hotels & Resorts affiliate program for our approval process.    

If your website does not meet our quality standards or contains content that may be considered offensive, your site will not be accepted in our network.  

Commission will be paid on a monthly basis. Commission Junction will reconcile all reservations that are placed and pay out a cheque on our behalf.   

If you log in to Commission Junction’s Affiliate Network you can view all reports and earnings in one central location.  

Search Policy: We do not allow Search Engine Marketing and Trademark Bidding in our program. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on terms that drive traffic to the FRHI Hotels & Resorts websites. This includes any misspellings and variations of our trademarks.   

Eligibility: You are not eligible to participate in our Program if you are resident or domiciled in Connecticut, Hawaii, New Mexico or West Virginia.   

**Completed Stay means the net amount paid by a guest to a hotel, resort or other facility owned or managed by FRHI Hotels & Resorts or any of its affiliates (each a “Fairmont Hotel”) solely for the completed use of a room, suite or similar facility by such guest in a Fairmont Hotel (and, for greater certainty, excluding any amounts paid in respect of taxes, duties, levies, services, credit card and other payment processing fees, telecommunication services, entertainment, goods or meals, or any amounts received as a result of fraud or which are to be charged back).
