Day 1: Dine in downtown Vancouver

Begin your western adventure at one of our three downtown Vancouver hotels: The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, a castle in the heart of the city; The Fairmont Waterfront, where you'll enjoy relaxed coastal luxury; and Fairmont Pacific Rim, a contemporary icon with unsurpassed amenities. Once you've settled in, relish Vancouver's legendary fresh air with a stroll down bustling Robson Street, then head to trendy Yaletown for a modern dining experience.

Day 2: Explore Stanley Park

Spend a leisurely day exploring Vancouver, which is brimming with sights and attractions. Be sure to visit Stanley Park, an urban oasis at the ocean's edge that is home to a magnificent totem-pole display, British Columbia's most-visited attraction. In the evening, indulge in an exceptional dinner at any of our three downtown properties.

Day 3: Take tea in Victoria

Cross the Strait of Georgia to Victoria, the province's historic capital (a one-hour trip via float-plane). Wander through the world-famous Butchart Gardens, a 22-hectare (54-acre) horticultural wonderland; then, enjoy traditional afternoon tea at The Fairmont Empress, one of the city's most distinguished landmarks. Get pampered with a luxurious treatment at the hotel's Willow Stream Spa before returning to your guest room for the night.

Day 4: Ride a gondola in Whistler

After a scenic ferry trip back to Vancouver, travel to Whistler by motorcoach along the breathtaking Sea-to-Sky Highway (five hours). Once there, marvel at the spectacular sights from your perch on the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, which links Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Day 5: Hit Whistler's slopes

Day 1: Discover Calgary

From Calgary International Airport, make your way to The Fairmont Palliser, the city's premier hotel. Then discover vibrant downtown Calgary, which offers renowned restaurants, exciting shopping and outstanding arts and entertainment. Top off a memorable day with a delectable dinner at The Rimrock, The Fairmont Palliser's signature restaurant.

Day 2: Visit Banff's shops and museums

Savour a hearty breakfast in the city — or simply order room service when you awake — then enjoy the scenic 90-minute drive through the majestic Rocky Mountains into Banff National Park. Explore Banff's charming shops, restaurants and museums before retiring to your luxurious guest room at The Fairmont Banff Springs.

Day 3: Play golf in Banff

In the morning, ride the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain, and take in magnificent views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Or play a round of golf on the renowned Stanley Thompson 18, The Fairmont Banff Springs' championship course - offering "one of the world's most enjoyable golf experiences," according to SCOREGolf magazine.

Day 4: Learn about Lake Louise

Just 45 minutes to the west, you'll find the delightful village of Lake Louise. Take a Mountain Heritage Guide tour to learn about the rich history and intriguing wildlife of the area. Spend a relaxing night at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, the architectural focal point of one of Canada's most photographed landscapes.

Day 5: Have an Icefields adventure

After a delicious breakfast at Poppy Brasserie or Château Deli, set out on the three-hour journey along the Icefields Parkway to Jasper National Park — rated one of the top 10 drives in the world by National Geographic. Stop at the Columbia Icefield for an informative, breathtaking tour of the ancient Athabasca Glacier.

Day 6: Hit the green in Jasper

After a comfortable night at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you'll be in fine form to experience all that Jasper has to offer — whether it's teeing off on the acclaimed golf course at "Canada's #1 Golf Resort" (SCOREGolf) or exploring the rustic mountain town.

Day 7: Dine in downtown Edmonton

Fuel up with a satisfying breakfast in Jasper before driving four hours to Edmonton. Once you arrive, familiarize yourself with the dynamic downtown — do some shopping, sit down to a delicious dinner, or take in one of many cultural events. Day 1: Take in Toronto's nightlife

After flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport, make your way to the downtown luxury of The Fairmont Royal York. The hotel will connect you to numerous underground shops, while offering easy walking access to the city's many theatres. Take in a play or a musical, and savour the vibrant nightlife of Canada's cultural and entertainment hub.

Day 2: Tour Niagara Falls

Take a day trip to Niagara Falls, a mere 90 minutes away. From May to October, see the Falls close up on the famous Maid of the Mist boat tour, or get a bird's-eye view of this natural wonder with a helicopter ride. Before returning to Toronto, enjoy a wine tasting at one of the many wineries in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Day 3: Visit Ottawa's museums

Board a VIA Rail train to the nation's capital, Ottawa (four hours from Toronto), where art lovers and history buffs will be spoiled for choice. Visit Parliament Hill and the city's famous museums before sitting down to a memorable Canadian dining experience at Wilfrid's, Fairmont Chateau Laurier's award-winning restaurant.

Day 4: Discover Montréal

In the morning, board the train once again for the cultural mecca of Montréal, a UNESCO City of Design (two hours away). Check in at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, conveniently located above the train station, then embark on a tour of the city on foot or by bus. From the charming stone buildings of Old Montréal to the impressive view from St. Joseph's Oratory, there's no end to the sights on offer. Finish the day with dinner at the hotel's celebrated Beaver Club.

Day 5: Go sightseeing in Québec city

From Montréal, Québec City is a pleasant three-hour journey by train. Once you arrive in the historic capital, freshen up in your guest room at the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac — then take in the sights with a 90-minute cruise on the majestic St. Lawrence River. During dinner at Le Champlain, a Four Diamond restaurant overlooking the city, raise a toast to your unforgettable vacation.

Day 6: Enjoy breakfast in bed

Day 1: Arrive in Montréal

Spend your first night in la belle province at Montréal’s Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. This elegant downtown hotel, just 20 minutes from the airport, is within walking distance of the city’s endless attractions.

Day 2: Wander Old Montréal

Familiarize yourself with Old Montréal: wander the European-style cobblestone streets of the Old Port area, witness the astounding feats of its many street performers and feast on delicious crêpes at one of its celebrated cafés. Back at the hotel, treat your tired feet to a relaxing session in our indoor whirlpool or steam bath.

Day 3: Tee off in Mont-Tremblant

Explore the capital’s shops and outdoor markets, where artisans showcase their wares along narrow streets. Day 5: Enjoy a historical tour of Old Québec

Immerse yourself in the charm of the Old City—a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site—with a historical tour in a horse-drawn carriage. Day 6: Watch whales in Charlevoix
