The aircon system is hot and the weather was hot. All furniture is old and the TV was not working and replaced.

We had to constantly follow up our bedding for the roll away & the sofa bedding for our children even though it was all pre booked & confirmed on the app. We were also already booked for a caspian suite but upon checkin they tried to upgrade us to a caspian suite & charge extra?!
Overall a reasonably good usual 5 star hotel experience. Check in & check out process was quite well managed. Good breakfast spread. One day when the ground floor restaurant was full, immediate arrangements were made on 3rd floor. Stained bedspread (caused by my negligence) was changed promptly the very next day during routine house keeping. Things that management could probably look into for further improvement: 1) I had requested for mini bar to be left open on 1st day of my stay - never happened till I left on 5th day. 2) Toiletries weren't replenished. 3) On the 3rd evening I had to call room service, because the bathroom didn't have ANY towels. 4) The roads around the hotel were closed due to road works. What sets a normal hotel a few notches up on the 5 star level is how the situation could have been managed. If arrangement were made for guests checking out regarding taking their luggage to the car (probably 100m away) would have had the guests having pleasant memories about the experience. Luckily I was travelling light & managed myself with the help of our driver.

We had a brief, but excellent stay. The reception guy (can't recall his name) gave us a very generous room upgrade. The staff's behavior and overall vibe was very welcoming.

The shower’s drain did not work, I informed them of my concern and discomfort. Staff came to fix the drain however they did not do anything and left while claiming to have fixed it. I had to shower in pools of dirty water beneath my feet and it brought me major discomfort. I have stayed at your hotels before but if this is the standard I will not be stay at your hotels anymore.

Fantastic stay and, a lovely Buffet spread. Too Good a location and the upgrade with a sea-facing room was awesome. Only the Room Air conditioning wasn't up to the mark. the rectified it the second day. The spa is beautiful but the massages wasn't very good.
