Top notch service!
Perfect location, amazing breakfast, luxurious rooms, kind and helpful management. Overall one of the best stays of my life. Just one small problem I had to face was the odor in the shower area, something like a chemical.
The hotel provides a mixed experience. The hotel is undeniably beautiful, clean, and well-located. However, the service from some individuals (not all) leaves something to be desired. During the first two days, breakfast did not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment. The bread was from the previous day!! However, the last two days were improved thanks to an upgrade to a restaurant that offers a better culinary experience. On the last day, we asked the bellman to bring down our luggage while I went to fetch a taxi. When I returned with the taxi, I had a ticket for 10 minutes of free access to retrieve the luggage and exit. Unfortunately, the luggage wasn't ready, and despite assurances from the staff that they would arrive in a minute, we waited 25 minutes for them to arrive. Upon exiting, I had to pay a penalty of 25 SAR due to the delay, for which I was not responsible.
After my second visit to my favorite hotel, but this time was different since my room was upgraded, happy to get this VIP services. My companion was enjoying all hotel facilities. Thank you very much, hope to see you soon.
Location is good and the room is nice but the elevators is slow
They give me a Special needs room.. without informed me !! When I found out and called .. they said sorry we run out from rooms and we give you this
Our stay was outstanding. From the room we can see Kaabah. And distant from Hotel to Masjid Al Haram is very near. The hotel location is also near to shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket.

Have been customer and stayed in Fairmont hotel over four times this is the worst experience ever. Hotel is falling a part air conditioning is making very weird noises complaints and no response light switch is broken waiting for someone to get electrocuted and room service switch broken have to chase the cleaning guy to clean and he clean no towels and no toilet paper have to chase him again and pay money to get the service complaint to the floor supervisor and no action
This hotel provided us with excellent services, efficiently managed which they attended to our request efficiently and promtly. Very clean and very well located, just a few minutes to al-Haram. My gratitude goes to Sister Sahar a Guest Relation Officer in which we were upgraded to al-haram view as well as a surprise for our 30th annivessary in Makkah. Baarakallahu fiikum. Definitely will stay again there, bi iznillah ta’ala
Extreme long wait on check in. It needs more that one hour just for waiting. Front office staff was unfriendly as well.
