Awesome hotel, amazing staff
Jsut there for two nights, The room was clean and well appointed. The meeting rooms and banquet faciliets for my group's events were terrific.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The waiters in the restaurant Juniper were rude, we went for breakfast and took 15-20 minutes to get our coffee order, when only 1 party was inside the restaurant eating. Maybe the language is a barrier for the waiters, but they need to at least greet your guest. Never went back to the restaurant to eat. More training on customer service will definitely help the waiters.

The hotel needs updating. Service at the bar was good- food below average. The restaurant was terrible and the service even worse. I had to beg the front desk 3 times to email my checkout itemized receipt. That should not be something I have to keep asking for and then a sassy attitude from the front desk. Fairmont can do way better!
