Beautiful resort and golf course. The staff took very good care of us. Shout out to Andrew and Ryan with the transportation team and Chris in the golf shop! All the meals and drinks were delicious too, I will be back as soon as I can!
Overall experience was great but service was terrible altogether - breakfast service was slow, pool service was slow and employees running around not doing much - frankly unacceptable service level and speed for an hotel this qualiber

Everything was very nice. We were there as part of a work conference. The only critique I would have is some of the catered food was not always as good. The restaurants on site were very good. Great job guys! Nice place.

I was there for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and lovely. We enjoyed the pool as well. Unfortunately the drinks and food are very expensive and coffee service in the room is sub par. My son Blake ordered breakfast for 3 and it was messed up. They offered to comp it. Instead he wa double charged. Basically, it is a gorgeous place with lovely rooms and amenities but food and drink services are over priced and sub par.
Our stay was enjoyable overall, but we were disappointed with the pool staff on the family side. The staff there seemed inattentive, especially the male employees, who appeared more focused on the younger female guests, neglecting other patrons. This was a letdown, as we have had great service here in the past. However, the rest of the hotel staff, including valet, provided excellent, five-star service.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we came across a highly rated article on La Jolla Mom’s website saying it was the best resort to stay at for families. We got there the 1st night and the service was spotty at the outdoor social garden. No one was at the host desk and we had to find someone to help us get seated. That left a bad taste to begin our stay. Overall, I think The Food & Beverage experience was sub-par. We were also looking forward to having our son experience the ice cream parlor but it looks like they closed it down. Please update your websites
