Well located, luxurious, great spa!

Great location for feeling like you’re on the palm but getting around the rest of Dubai. Rooms felt nice and luxurious, very spacious. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and food and coffee are great. The serenity spa is heavenly, the space, the therapists everything is top notch and worth visiting for this alone. Love that there was an adults only pool option. Areas for improvement would be service on the beach was very slow and at times could not see a person or get their attention - could do with implementing the button press for service like at the pool. The room was on the 10th floor but road side and was very noisy even at 2am, some better sound proofing would be ideal. Upon check out I had an unexplained additional “accommodation charges” cost which was quite substantial and couldn’t be explained or broken down easily, it was eventually sorted but was quite difficult and took a lot of time right at the end which was not ideal.

Well located, staff lovely and very helpful. My only issue was I have coeliac disease and the gluten free options were very limited at times which was very disappointing for a hotel of this calibre.

Overall excellent experience apart from Issue mentioned above.

Wonderful staff and outstanding breakfast

Great stay with special mention to all the staff who truly made our stay amazing! Breakfast choice was great with the omelette being fantastic. We hired a car one day and the ability to valet park free of charge would make us stay again. Great sized pools and beach was great. Beach is on the smaller side so making ability to get a lounger a struggle at times. Towels being on the loungers at the beach was bad would prefer to get one handed to you as you go in, that way it’s clearer what loungers are available. There wasn’t enough staff on at the beach making it difficult to get a drink or food. The pool was great however extremely shaded so this limited how much time we wanted to spend at the pool as most beds were shaded by trees or structures. The room was fantastic and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Check in was extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to walk us through every useful detail. The staff at Breakfast were amazing, friendly and made sure we didn’t have to wait

Beautiful hotels with amazing views

I visited the hotel with a group of 35 others and had an amazing time. The facilities were beautiful and the staff gave great service at all times, always going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience!
