Hotel is beautiful & well located

We came for Christmas as a family the hotel it’s self is beautiful & spotless clean The staff however are a bit rude & very demanding & not the quickest at getting your drink but very quick at wanting paid for them. Every night at our evening they would seat us ask our room number them we would get at least 3 more members of staff coming & asking for our room number, when we finally order our drinks we would receive them after we had eaten most night.. there was a pool assistant that was very rude would literally tell you to move if you was in he’s way

Lovely beach area

Checking in bit stressful not informative, spoke to fast , they do it every day but my first time , but a lovely Indian man on desk helped us later on 👍🏻,beautifully building & restaurants but bedrooms a bit disappointing i thought 4* not 5 , very dark in room needs a central light , expensive to eat in house , even soft drinks £7 can of coke , small pools , towels a long way , beach over road /path . Breakfast great choice & great staff not sure I will return

Well located at the beautiful West Beach

We went for a short trip to pass the New Year’s Eve in Dubai. Fairmont received us super well with excellent restaurant options. The Brazilian Chef of FREVO restaurant brings authentic Brazilian BBQ quality to Dubai!!! Seanberry was super helpful to give great support arranging a well located table for the New Year’s celebration- thank once again!!! We enjoyed our time at Fairmont The Palm a. will come back!

Please cancel the double payment.

I already paid for my stay in Korea through Agoda. However, the hotel took a deposit of 2,000 AED and then approved 8,339 the next day. I spoke to the hotel twice and when I checked my card statement, it was definitely approved. The amount I have to pay the hotel directly is the amount I spent at the hotel and that is the amount on the receipt. Please cancel 8,339 AED.
