Excellent Service

We had an overnight stay at fairmont with me and my family. We had an amazing night. My kids enjoy the pool. I am satisfied with the warmth greeting of the staffs and personnel of the hotel.

Very good stay

I faced some minor hiccups as the TV had technical issues (somehow the power plug was unplugged) and the bathtub's drainage didn't work. Besides these issues, the stay overall at Fairmont Makati was great. The location and customer service were fantastic. The gym was great too

Awesome Stay

Service was awesome and food was great! The only issue we had was the bath tub's telephone shower was leaking, so it was a bit of a hassle to use because the water would leak all over the place. The pool was unfortunately closed due to the weather, but we understand (it was just a bummer because we really wanted to try bringing our baby to a pool for the first time). Also the morning service crew at Cafe Macaron was very slow even though there weren't many other customers - it took about 20 mins to get our bill, then another 20 mins to get the OR (I even had to remind them that we were still waiting). Aside from that our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent stay, pampered from check-in to check-out

Smooth and professional check-in, felt welcome from the very first moment on. The room with the personal touch of drinks and sweets, the F&B selection at the Gold Lounge and the breakfast buffet all very nice and tasty. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try out the pool and gym...

Perfect Place for a Classy Stay in Makati

Location of the hotel is excellent where you can simply walk to several shopping malls (Landmark, Greenbelt 3,4,5) and is a quick drive to most of the business locations of Makati. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, everyone you meet in the hotel (front desk staff, doorman, servers at the restaurants even housekeeping) always wear a smile and make you feel very welcome. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel within a year and I don't even want to explore other option. The only issues is they don't allow Microwave in the room something that would have made it a perfect 10 for me (given my dietary preferences). Everything else is just perfect !
