Enhancing your Spa Experience

Spa Environment 
Willow Stream is an adult sanctuary. Minimum age is 18 years. Guests 16–18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 

Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your preferences. Our knowledge¬able Spa Experience Coordinators are delighted to guide you to the experiences that will suit your needs. You can also reserve your appointments on line on our website.

Cancellation Policy 
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the Spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service.

Spa Arrival & Ritual
With your leisure in mind we suggest arriving at the spa thirty minutes or more prior to scheduled treatments (excluding nail services which do not include Spa facility use) to allow yourself time to enjoy our facilities and to complete our medical history form. Late arrivals limit the time of your enjoyment and lessen treatment benefits. To accommodate all guests, each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. To further enhance your spa experience, we recommend beginning with the Spa Ritual to eliminate the toxins from your body.  The spa ritual includes a Traditional Finnish Dry Sauna, Steam Inhalation Room and Thermal Mineral Pool. This helps to open up inhalation, cleanse, detoxify and warm the muscles.

Health Matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking your appointment. Also, consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after spa treatments is not recommended. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival at the spa so your spa professional can better customize your experience to your needs. 

Spa Attire
At the time of your arrival you will be provided with a locker containing a robe and a pair of sandals to wear between treatments as well as to store your personal belongings. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy. Swimsuits are required in some areas of the spa.
