The sea view rooms have an excellent view. The beds are very comfortable. Some of the staff of the hotel are really praiseworthy, and I would like to mention Shahriyar in particular. He is always there with a smile and genuinely wants to help. Because of him our stay was very nice. I would recommend that the maintenance team does a thorough check of all the rooms , restaurants, restrooms and all the facilities, as this is one aspect in the hotel that needs to be fixed.

The service was shockingly poor for a hotel of this caliber. I encountered multiple issues that left me frustrated and feeling disrespected as a guest. One particularly disturbing incident occurred when I reported a problem with the bathtub drain and requested maintenance. After waiting for nearly an hour with no response, I called again only to have my concern dismissed. Eventually, a maintenance worker arrived, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. Without just several knock at the door, he used a master key to enter my room. I was completely naked at the time, resulting in an extremely embarrassing and distressing situation for both parties. During a subsequent entry to the hotel, I was abruptly and rudely confronted by a staff member who aggressively informed me that taking photos was not allowed. This interaction was not only unpleasant but also baffling, as I observed numerous other guests freely using their phones to capture memories in the lobby and other public areas. The inconsistency in enforcing this supposed rule was glaring. It seemed I was singled out for reasons unknown, while others continued to snap photos undisturbed. This selective application of rules is not only unfair but also makes guests feel unwelcome and discriminated against.

Not much happening in the hotel the lobby is boring. I didn't like the breakfast it is too much catering to Indian community if u are not Indian there's a big choice of food. I.also didn't like that there is no turn down service and when I asked for it they said we will try but the hotel room is only cleaned once

A nicely made property facing the caspian sea. However, the service standards were consistently poor. Any requests to the so called Royal Service number often gets ignored and you need to keep reminding. My room was sun facing and came quipped with powered black out and sheer curtains. Except, the sheer curtains were missing and they failed to put them up during my stay. The biggest failure was the in room dining. The chicken biryani served by then was rice and chicken served in a crazy hot chili tomato.paste. it was perhaps the world's worst rice dish and not even fit for human consumption. Looks like to them ilIndian food means just adding a lot of chillies to anything. The vegan burger was the driest most flavourless burger I ever ate. After this one attempt, we did not dare try any room service or restaurant food at the hotel except the breakfast buffet. The buffet was good in general even if tad too crowded as a setup.
