This fun, relaxing evening, combined with the ultimate pampering experience and outstanding service that is trademark of the Fairmont, features mini-treatments, tarot card readings, spa bites, cocktails and chick flicks, and is held the last Wednesday of every month, excluding holidays.

Embark on a journey through various regions around the world during new wine tastings at BOURBON STEAK, nationally acclaimed Chef Michael Mina’s famed restaurant. Sommelier Matthew Turner chooses wines from the restaurant’s extensive menu of over 750 selections and provides interactive demonstrations to help you discover new favorites. Each wine tasting is $20 per person for ages 21 and up, and includes butter truffle popcorn.
