A very noisy hotel room.
A great hotel with very attentive staff and gorgeous establishment! I’ve had two issues, the first one was after a long drive I have received a late check in at around 1540 as the room was not ready at time! The second one was my bag was damaged during check out! I don’t have any issues against the bellboy or whoever handled our bags because they were nice but unfortunately we weren’t informed by the damage!
All aspects exceeded my expectations. Location, room, room service, check-in, requests, consierge, American Bar, River, and especially customer service.
We treated ourselves to the Savoy on our Honeymoon and never once were we disappointed. The service was impeccable and the room was very relaxing and accommodating. The staff paid attention to every detail. You get what you pay for!
To enjoy the beautiful City of London in its glory, a stay at The Savoy is a must. From the shaded entry from Tge Strand to the luxurious appointments of your suite, nothing is wanting.
Paid for 3 nights in a one bedroom suite, this is priced with a butler service etc. yet no butler, we met our butler for 2 minutes only We also found out that both Sebastian and Shannon have left, more of the senior management jumping ship apart from the GM which is probably the common denominator Don’t expect to hear from anyone re this survey, but hey ho very disappointing
Stayed for a long week end from the moment we arrived everything was just perfect.
Really wonderful stay at the Savoy, lovely hotel and wonderfully located. Staff in particular were wonderful, courteous, helpful and always happy and smiling. Everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Afternoon tea was particularly wonderful and enjoyable for us both.
