Salute Wine & Food Festival

EPIC’s Chef, Ryan Gustafson of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel will create an innovative menu reflecting his passion for locally sourced ingredients and celebrating the farmers of Ontario for Toronto’s Salute Wine & Food Festival.
Chef Gustafson’s menu will be paired with wines from the Megalomaniac Winery of the Niagara Peninsula. Megalomaniac Wine is a unique reflection of the land and weather, and is created without compromise.
Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m. with a four course dinner following at 7:30 p.m. at EPIC Restaurant, located in the lobby of The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, for $130.00, exclusive of taxes and gratuities.
