This was my 2nd time staying there, the facility / rooms / service levels / F&B options are all magnificent The only minor reason why I didn't rate it a 10 was b/c I thought charging $80 for a day pass for the spa facilities was a little over the top, esp. on a weekday when it was not crowded, and esp. given there's already a $60 resort fee charge - it felt like a little too much nickel-and-diming, I'd rather just have something baked into my rate (by way of reference, I recently stayed at the Montage Laguna on a really crowded weekend and was able to use the spa facilities w/out a spa appointment and w/out paying for a day pass)

Wonderful staycation experience. Can’t wait to book again. Bogdan (masseuse) was wonderful! Best massage experience.
Overall very good but had very unnecessary aggravation that I’m still dealing with 5 days after I left. 1) housekeeping left dirty sheets on floor in our suite after they changed linen and next day left some cleaning supplies on my night table that clearly said dangerous for children and I had my 2 grandchildren in the parlor area who were ages 5 and 2. 2) I gave in a pair of custom expensive slacks to be dry cleaned and I assume they put them in laundry by mistake because when I got them back both hems were torn down and all the creases were taken out of the pants and there were some strings protruding from waist band. I gave them to Laydie, the front desk manager who couldn’t believe her eyes and apologized and took pictures of the damage and told me at a minimum they will delete the cleaners charge from my bill. They ultimately were able to repair them and I got them back a few days later after calling and following up. Two days after my departure I got an additional bill for the cleaners charge. Not very professional for a 5 diamond resort. Additionally, when I checked out I showed them they charged me twice for a cabana on two separate dates. I only had the cabana for 7 days but they charged me for 9 days which means they double billed me for 2 days. I showed them the 2 dates they double billed me as the bill shows for which date I was charged. They assured me they would take it off my bill but on date I got additional bill for cleaners they added one of the cabana charges back for April 23 so now I got charged twice for April 23. I called 3 times on Friday to speak with someone and each time they said the front desk was busy and took my number and would have someone call me back. But as of Saturday night no one called me back. I then remembered I received a text message about my stay so I texted about my issues and they said they would get back to me today , Sunday May 5. I guess I will wait and see but not keeping my fingers crossed. I would greatly appreciate if someone would call me back at 51… to discuss this, preferably the GM of the property as this is really inexcusable for a 5 Diamond resort. I’m in hotels 150 nights a year staying in only very high end properties and I haven’t had this type of aggravation in a very long time. I would like to have this resolved asap. Thank you.
