EARLY RISE RUNNERS
Enjoy the quiet of the trails as we head out before the crowds for an easy paced jog along the lakeshore trail. All levels of runners or joggers are welcome.
BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
Through targeted exercises emphasizing correct postural alignment, core strength, and joint mobility, you'll reduce the risk of injury while rebuilding muscle strength, ensuring you're primed and resilient for the season.

Unlike a hike this is not about the destination but the experience itself. Join us for a slow, meditative two-hour tour where you are guided to interact with the forest in a contemplative way.
POLAR PLUNGE
Experience the exhilarating rush of a guided polar plunge in the pristine waters of Lake Louise, accompanied by Wim Hof breathwork techniques.
