**The Boathouse has now closed for the season** For a truly unforgettable experience in Banff National Park, take a canoe out on breathtaking Lake Louise. Drink in spectacular views of the dramatic Victoria Glacier while paddling across these world-famous turquoise blue waters in an iconic experience you’ll never forget.

Canoe rentals are available at the Fairmont Lake Louise boathouse, located on the western shore of the lake. Each canoe may be rented at an hourly rate and can hold either three adults or two adults and two small children under 55 pounds (25 kilograms) each. Our Lake Louise canoe rentals operate on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: The Boathouse operates seasonally from late-May/early-June until October 20,2024.

In-house Guest: $105+GST one hour
In-house Guest: $95+GST 30 minutes
Day Visitor: $165+GST one hour
Day Visitor: $155+GST 30 minutes

Paddle on the beautiful and always breath-taking Lake Louise. Enjoy stunning scenery, aquamarine water and the dramatic peaks of the Victoria Glacier. Canoe rentals are available at the boathouse, located on the west shore of the lake. Each can hold either three adults or two adults and two small children under 55 pounds (25 kilograms) each.

VOYAGEUR CANOE EXPERIENCE

Canoes are a historic way in which to experience the lake as they have been on the water for over a century. Join one of our Mountain Adventure Guides for a paddle on the sparkling Lake Louise from the comfort of our authentic 26’ cedar strip group canoes. As you journey across the lake, your guide will share local stories about the wildlife, the indigenous people and the early explorers. PRICE:
Hotel Guest: $60+GST per adult, $30+GST per youth (ages 8-12)
Non-Hotel Guest*: $75+GST per adult, $40+GST per youth (ages 8-12)
