We stayed for 7 days and everything was superb. The staff were friendly and gave great service, especially the people in the gold club room. Really cannot fault anything and we will return.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We stayed at your hotel based upon the recommendation of our good friend, Mr. Shadi Sanbar. To date I have still not received billing for my stay in Room 2229. I gave my credit card information to the receptionist when I checked in and again when I checked out. I have seen two separate statements for my room......one with my name and another with Shadi Sanbar's name. The cost of this stay was to be billed to my American Express card and not his. Please look into this matter and correct the billing if it has not already been done. I also signed up as a member of your hotel club (ACCOR ALL) while there. I was told this was included on my room billing.

Generally good, but restaurants were disappointing.
Enjoyed our stay staff met all our needs our room was beautiful. Also would like to thank that wonderful senior gentleman with the top hat and long tails ) unfortunately I didn’t get his name) if only the world had more of him one of a kind thank you for all you did for us. Carmel M.
